Welcome to Only Green. We operate the Only Green mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect:
- Account Data: Name, email address, phone number, and delivery address.
- Location Data: Approximate or precise location for delivery and nearby features. You can control this in your device settings.
- Order & Usage Data: Items viewed, cart details, orders, subscriptions, preferences, crash logs, and analytics events.
- Payment Data: Processed by our payment partner (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store card/bank details on our servers.
- Device Data: Device identifiers and push notification tokens to send important alerts.
- Social Login Data: If you choose Google or Facebook login, we receive your basic profile (as permitted by you).
2) How We Use Your Information
- Register and manage your account, and authenticate logins.
- Process payments, manage orders, subscriptions, and deliveries.
- Send transactional notifications (order status, delivery updates) and service communications.
- Personalize content, improve performance, and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure compliance with law, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms.
3) Legal Bases (Where Applicable)

- Delete: You may request account deletion. Note that we may retain certain records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
- Permissions: You can disable location or notifications in your device settings; some features may not work without them.
- Marketing: If we send marketing messages (rare), you can opt out anytime.
7) Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove such data.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
